How does it work?

    The program consists of videos, exercises, and group discussions, and runs over the course of four weeks.

    Each of the daily exercises focuses on a real world problem, so that you can develop your skills in a realistic way

    The program is taught by faculty from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, at Buffalo State College, NY. You will receive a certificate of completion from the Center

    These principles have been successfully applied in organizations ranging from major multinational companies through to aid projects in the developing world.
