1. Q: Where should I go if I want to learn more about creativity and creative problem solving?

   A: Visit the ICSC website at www.buffalostate.edu/creativity for more information.

2. Q: How much time will the entire program take?

   A: The program runs for 4 weeks, and we normally expect people to spend about 30 minutes a day. This will be split between watching the videos - typically about 10 minutes - and working on the exercises, which they do during the rest of the day.

3. Q: What do I need on my computer in order to watch the videos?

   A: You shouldn't need anything more than Flash, and a set of speakers or a pair of headphones.

4. Q: Do I need to have a broadband internet link?

   A: Broadband is advisable, just because it makes the whole experience faster, and more enjoyable. However, if you find that the videos keep stopping - while your computer downloads the next section - you can simply wait for your system to have downloaded the entire file, and then play the video. This should allow you to watch the video, without needing a broadband connection.
